About me..
Becoming a doula felt like a natural step to take, after experiencing three very different births myself, two medical inductions and one home birth, I became more and more fascinated by birth and how the right support can genuinely change outcomes.
My background as a paramedic gave me a deep respect for how quickly things can shift during pregnancy and birth. Being present in intense, high pressure moments taught me not only the importance of practical knowledge, but also the power of steady, grounded support.
Supporting women through more complex or unexpected journeys into parenthood felt like a natural calling. As both a paramedic and a doula, I bring a calm, reassuring presence alongside an understanding of the wider picture. I’m here to nurture confidence, hold space through uncertainty, and gently advocate so families feel informed, heard, and deeply supported.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to keeping each family’s values, choices, and intuition at the centre of their birth experience.

When I’m not supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I’m at home with my three girls, embracing life on our smallholding. I’ve developed a love for gardening and caring for our array of animals, finding joy in the simple, grounding moments of daily life. These experiences keep me inspired, balanced, and full of energy, allowing me to bring calm, care, and presence to every family I work with.

Feeling excited for birth
My ultimate goal for every expectant parent is for them to feel genuinely excited for their birth experience. I believe that every woman deserves to approach this powerful moment with confidence and joy, regardless of past experiences or current complexities. Whether you're navigating an IVF pregnancy, have experienced previous birth trauma, or simply desire informed and empowered support, I am here to help you cultivate that excitement and trust in your body and your journey.
